I decided to make a different approach to my shin splints today, and walked for 30 minutes before I started jogging. -To make my leg properly warm before putting greater pressure on it. To my big relief, it worked well so I managed to run for an hour after, and then walk down for 30 minutes before ending my workout. Further, I think I am going to do the same tomorrow, because my leg feels good now. Happy!
Luckily, I was able to start this week in the greatest way, nothing is better on a monday than to start it off with a sweat session. Admittedly, you set the standard and feel more motivated during the upcoming week.
If you have not already been out jogging or at the gym, JUST DO IT! think about the good feeling afterwards.
