Less regret, more sweat

I started my day as usual, with my breakfast bowl of oatmeal and berries along with a cup of coffee. 


Thereafter, I went for a highly needed sweat session out in the forest, which turned out great. 


I feel a lot better now than what I did before. I am back on track! However, I think the reason behind the leg problems I have been dealing with lately, has a lot to do with my running shoes. Therefore, I am going to buy new ones asap!
